Theoretical and Computational Chemistry

My research focus is to study ultrafast excited state dynamics of molecular systems using quantum chemical calculations and quantum nuclear dynamics simulations. Quantitative mechanistic details of radiative and nonradiative decay processes involving electron and proton transfer reactions of complex organic conjugated systems are currently being investigated to understand and design novel fluorescent molecules for biorelated applications.
