Title: The Development of Beraprost, Nalfurafine and Orexin Agonists
Prof. Hiroshi Nagase is one of the leading medicinal chemists who has developed and launched two drugs, Beraprost (Prostacyclin derivative, for pulmonary hypertension) and Nalfurafine hydrochloride (κ-opioid receptor agonist, for uremic pruritus) to save many people's lives. In this seminar, Prof. Nagase will give us a talk about all of his experiences as a medicinal chemist, titled ''The Development of Beraprost, Nalfurafine, and Orexin Agonists''.
