Computational Chemistry, Drug design, 3D-QSAR, Virtual Screening, Ligand and Structure Based Library Design, Medicinal Chemistry, Quantum Mechanics, Molecular Dynamics Simulations.

My research focus is to design compound libraries for drug discovery using 3D-QSAR, virtual screening, and binding free energy calculations. By establishing synergy between cross disciplinary fields such as computation, organic synthesis, biochemistry and animal studies, we can lead the discovery of novel functional molecules.
