Prof. Tetsuya Higashiyama is awarded the Kihara Award
WPI-ITbM Vice-Director Prof. Tetsuya Higashiyama（Higashiyama Laboratory）has been selected as the winner of the 25th Kihara Memorial Foundation Academic Award. The Kihara Prize is awarded to a researcher who has made outstanding accomplishments in the field of life sciences. Prof. Higashiyama received this award on his research on "the discovery of molecules for pollen tube guidance in plant fertilization".
