Professors Yamaguchi and Higashiyama's photostable fluorescent dye C-Naphox is now commercially available

Professors Shigehiro Yamaguchi, Tetsuya Higashiyama, Vice Director of ITbM, and their research groups have developed a fluorescent dye C-Naphox, which is now commercially available from TCI (currently only available in Japan).

This new photostable fluorescent dye can be used for super resolution microscopy and could serve as a powerful tool to visualize biological events and structural details in living cells at real-time for prolonged recording periods.
