Matsumoto is responsible for management of ITbM, including Research Promotion as well as General affair and Accounting. As a researcher, he has been working with Prof Kazuyuki Tatsumi (Research Center for Materials Science, Nagoya Univ), and doing the research on bioinorganic chemistry of reducing enzymes such as hydrogenase, nitrogenase, acetyl CoA synthase.
