Prof. Keiko Torii has been awarded the 31st Inoue Prize for Science
Professor Keiko Torii (ITbM PI and Professor at the University of Washington, Torii Lab) has received the 31st Inoue Prize for Science (FY2014) for her work on elucidating the cell-cell communication and the mechanism of stomatal development in plants. The Inoue Prize for Science is awarded to researchers under the age of 50 for outstanding achievements in basic research in natural science.
