OPEN CALL FOR EXHIBITIONS

ITbM Gallery invites emerging artists to submit artwork for an opportunity to participate in our exhibitions. We are looking for a diverse body of artwork in all mediums and styles. If you are looking for gallery representation and to have an exhibition in Nagoya, submit your art and present it to the public.

Who Can Participate:
All visual artists, national and international artists may apply.
(Attention: Please note that the artist will be responsible for covering any transportation expenses or costs associated with the exhibition display. ITbM Gallery will solely provide the space for a limited duration.)

Accepted artwork:
Painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, digital art, mixed media, illustration, etc. In other words, all creative culminations are welcome.

To submit:
Please ensure that you have your artist bio, a list of your artworks, and samples of your artwork ready. Additionally, describe how your artwork establishes a connection with ITbM and serves as an inspiration to individuals involved in cutting-edge science. Notes for the artists

  • The artist will be responsible for covering any transportation expenses or costs associated with the exhibition display. The Gallery will solely provide the space for a limited duration.
  • The Gallery is not allowing any selling or price tags at ITbM. Any selling or price tags shall be on the website of the artist and NOT on the ITbM website.
  • The Gallery will NOT accept any artwork that violates the moral views of ITbM. That is, the artwork shall not contain any campaign or advertisement, political, sexist, racist, and religious content nor any propaganda.
  • The exhibition will be closed to the public in the case of an event, reception, meeting etc. taking place at the Gallery.
  • The Gallery is located in a public area of the University that is regularly used for conferences and meetings. There is no active security on site. The artist agrees that exhibiting the artwork is at the artist’s own risk.
  • The Gallery shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the artwork.
