Prof. Tetsuya Higashiyama has been selected as a "Nice step researcher 2014"
WPI-ITbM Vice-Director Prof. Tetsuya Higashiyama（Higashiyama Laboratory）has been selected as one of the ten "Nice step researcher 2014" for his contributions in the promotion and dissemination of science and technology. This selection (started from 2005) was made by the National Institute of Science and Technology Policy and is targeted towards researchers who have made accomplishments in various areas of science and technology. Prof. Higashiyama has been selected for his work on the elucidation of the fertilization mechanism of flowering plants.
