ITbM organizes its international symposium each year in Nagoya by inviting world leading researchers who carry out research in ITbM’s related fields, such as organic chemistry, animal / plant biology and theoretical science.
Program
The Hirata Memorial Lecture started in 2005 at Nagoya University and is an international award granted to a rising star in the field of organic chemistry. This award was established in memory of the great achievements of the late Dr. Yoshimasa Hirata, the Honorary Professor of Nagoya University.
The Tsuneko & Reiji Okazaki Award was established in 2015 by ITbM in memory of the great achievements of Dr. Tsuneko Okazaki, University Professor and the late Dr. Reiji Okazaki, Honorary Professor of Nagoya University.
