Call for application to GTR program (2022)
Graduate Program of Transformative Chem-Bio Research (GTR Program), Nagoya University, is inviting first semester of PhD students who entered in October 2022 to apply for the GTR program as follows.
If you are planning to enter the doctoral program, please consider to apply for this program.

Eligibility for Application
Students who entered the Master's Program in Nagoya University in October 2022 and planning to advance to the doctoral program.
※Graduate Schools and Departments, and Group inviting applications：
・Graduate School of Science (Department of Natural Science (Group of Chemistry, Group of Biology))
・Graduate School of Engineering(Department of Molecular and Macromolecular Chemistry/Department of Materials Chemistry/Department of Biomolecular Engineering)
・Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences
・Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences
Application period
October 1, 2022 〜 17:00 on November 18, 2022

Please send the 2.application form and 3.applicant information to GTR students support office via email by Nov 18 at 17:00.

※Please submit the signed application form in PDF format and the applicant information in Excel format.
※You may submit a printed copy of the application form directly to the GTR student support office（理学部B館217室/B-217, Science B Building)
※If you do not receive the receipt notification within two business days or by Nov 21, it is possible that we have not received your application. Please contact the GTR student support office（gtr@itbm.nagoya- u.ac.jp）
Selection
Selection is carried out based on reviewing the application documents and interviews.
Schedule
17:00 on Nov 18：deadline for submission of applications
Early Dec : Interview (about 10 minutes.)
（Chemistry field）Morning of December 7
（Life science field）Afternoon of December 5 and 6
Mid-Dec: Results Notification
Jan 2022: Successful applicants will start RA support (83,000 yen/month).
※RA support for students prior to coming to Japan starts after their first day at university.
