Call for application to GTR program (2026)& Information sessions
Graduate Program of Transformative Chem-Bio Research (GTR Program), Nagoya University, invites M1 students in the 2026 academic year to apply for the GTR program as follows.
If you are planning to enter the doctoral program, please consider to apply for this program.
[GTR Information Session]
Date＆Time：March 11, 13:00-14:00 (in Japanese)
Please register here by March 9.
The information session will be held in person only; however, a recording will be made available at a later date. Those who wish to access the recording are also requested to register.
[Application Method]
Eligibility for Application
Students who belong, or are expected to belong, to one of the Graduate Schools, Departments, and Groups listed below and intend to proceed to the doctoral program are eligible to apply.
Applicants must be enrolled in the first year of the Master's program in April 2026 or be scheduled to enroll in October 2026.

・Graduate School of Engineering(Department of Molecular and Macromolecular Chemistry/Department of Materials Chemistry/Department of Biomolecular Engineering)

・Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences
Application period
March 30, 2026 〜 17:00 on April 6, 2026
※Applications for this academic year will only be accepted during the above period.

Please send the 2.application form and 3.applicant information to GTR students support office via email by April 6 at 17:00.

※Please submit the signed application form in PDF format and the applicant information in Excel format.
※You may submit a printed copy of the application form directly to the GTR student support office（理学部B館217室/Graduate School of Science, Building B, B217)

Selection
Selection is carried out based on reviewing the application documents and interviews.
Schedule
17:00 on April 6：deadline for submission of applications
April 13th, 13:00-17:00：Interview (Bio., about 10 minutes.)
April 15th, 13:00-17:00：Interview (Chem., about 10 minutes.)
