★Abstract：
The first meeting with experts from other professions is always a challenge. This is even so when we speak a foreign language and meet the people from different cultures. This talk will report a well-designed environment of Oxbridge colleges for cross-disciplinary communication and identify some key skills to "break the ice." The speaker has spent substantial amount of time in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Based upon the past experience, the speaker wishes to share the know-how to develop the skills in Workshop or Webinar.
